actually everything was nice, my next choice again in palmerston north. the hotel was reasonably priced, had a quiet atmosphere. it was in a magnificent and fantastic location with te manawa museum nearby.

Loved a seating area, a writing table, and an ironing set in the room. Really enjoyed roll in showers in my private bathroom. It was in a very central location, nowhere close to park if everything is taken.

I had a comfortable and peaceful stay at Quest Palmerston North. The room I stayed in was spacious and quiet, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The beautiful and clean premises, along with the great room facilities, added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Great Location and Facilities

I must admit, the location of this hotel was phenomenal. The complementary amenities provided were quite impressive too. I appreciated the cooktop, dishwasher and laundry services in the room- perfect for business travelers. It really added value to my stay.

What I did not like was the quality of sound insulation in the hotel. The paper-thin walls and ceilings made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

The facilities were complete with several room amenities, including great room facilities and a comfortable bed with fresh linens. the staff were very helpful, and the services were professional.

One downside is that the hotel's soundproofing needs improvement. Guests in some rooms were disturbed by noise from the lobby, outside, and next door.

Enjoyed the central location of this hotel, close to cafes, restaurants, and shops in the CBD area. The studio apartment we stayed in was clean, tidy, and well equipped, offering a good kitchen and laundry facility. The staff was very kind and friendly, making the check-in and check-out processes smooth.

The servicing during our four-night stay did not include making up the bed and the housekeeping staff replaced towels unnecessarily, even though we tried to reduce the cost to the environment. Although we had requested and paid for car parking, the parks were unallocated, and it was difficult to find parking when we returned late at night.
